About Us

AMTC, Inc. (Actors, Models & Talent for Christ) provides an opportunity for individuals of all ages interested in breaking into the entertainment business to audition before talent agents, casting directors, and managers. AMTC serves a two-fold purpose by drawing talented performers to a conference setting and making it convenient for industry professionals to scout for new talent. A Christian-based organization, Actors, Models & Talent for Christ focuses on providing aspiring performers with spiritual encouragement while offering professional direction and industry introductions.

In business for almost 30 years, Actors, Models & Talent for Christ offers resources for aspiring actors, singers, models, comedians, dancers, and other entertainers to learn what they must know to become successful in a very competitive business. The performers also are introduced to the professionals they need to know in order to break into the entertainment industry. Begun in 1982 by Carey Lewis Arban and her super-model mother Millie Lewis, Actors, Models & Talent for Christ is a third-generation, Christ-centered, talent preparation business. Founded initially as the Millie Lewis Convention after the well-known 1940s DuBarry Cosmetics “Who is She?” model, it was later renamed the American Modeling and Talent Convention. In 2007, the organization changed names once again, becoming known as Actors, Models & Talent for Christ. Working as Chief Serving Officer, Carey Lewis Arban continues to provide leadership to the organization, along with Director of Operations and son-in-law Adam She. Through the leadership of Carey Lewis Arban and Mr. She, Actors, Models & Talent for Christ functions as a vehicle to provide a positive influence on the entertainment industry. They also strive to guide Christian performers through challenges they may face as entertainers living in the spotlight.

Thousands of talented individuals have trained through Actors, Models & Talent for Christ’s The Bridge program and have been invited to showcase their talent at one of Actors, Models & Talent for Christ’s bi-annual SHINE Conventions. A showcase for new talent held in January and July in Orlando, Florida, SHINE invites 50 to 100 respected agents, studio casting directors, and music producers to attend. These professionals hope to discover new talent and introduce those individuals to the world of entertainment.
